Method
- In an overnight oats container, add boiling water. Then, whisk in matcha powder with a drink immersion blender or matcha whisk.
- Add oats and sugar.
- Top with half of the strawberries, and slowly pour milk over top, pushing down any pieces not in the milk. Save the rest of the strawberries to top in the morning for a crunch.
- Cover and store in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, heat oats in the microwave for 1 minute or until warm. Add the rest of the chopped strawberries.
- Gently stir, and enjoy!
