Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare chicken filling
- In a bowl, mix chopped rotisserie chicken with cheeses and marinara.
Prepare parmesan topping
- In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs and melted butter.
- Add parmesan cheese and stir.
Prepare sandwiches
- Put the roll bottoms on a cookie sheet.
- Top each roll bottom with chicken mixture about 1/4-1/3 cup per sandwich.
- Top the chicken with the breadcrumbs, about 1 to 1.5 tablespoons per sandwich.
- Place the roll tops on the cookie sheets, upside down, so they toast during baking.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- If the roll tops are still soft, put the roll tops on the sandwiches and bake 5 more minutes. Otherwise, place the tops on the bottoms and serve!
